HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL REQUIRE:

1. A hall to accommodate your guests. Usually this is a banqueting hall since bar and food service are often offered as part of the entertainment.
2. From two to eight volunteers (usually six) to sell Tote Tickets and one or two more to act as cashiers.
3. Films, Tote Tickets, 16mm optical sound projector, screen, experienced projectionist and a Master of Ceremonies.
